Who operates this website

Home Service Match is owned and operated by Keren Hofman. It is an independent referral pilot, not a contractor. For privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests, email 72keren@gmail.com.

Planning checklist and comparison worksheets

The planning checklist runs in your browser. Its selections are not submitted to us. Quote-comparison worksheet entries also remain in your browser tab; downloading a CSV creates a file on your device. These tools do not create a service request.

Service request forms

If you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code, requested service, timeframe, project description and the service page used. We record the time, a request identifier and your permission for contact about the request. A daily hash derived from the connection IP is used to limit repeated submissions.

We use these details to review your request, contact you about it and prevent abuse. Requests are stored privately using Cloudflare. The website attempts to deliver an email notification through FormSubmit; delivery is not currently verified. Home Service Match can review stored requests independently of email delivery. Do not include payment details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information.

Contact and sharing

Submitting the form permits Home Service Match to contact you about that request by email or a personal call if you provide a phone number. It does not authorize automated marketing. We do not automatically send your request to contractors. Any future contractor sharing requires a separate permission. A request does not guarantee a match, quote, appointment or response time.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, completed service requests and worksheet downloads. The standard Google tag uses cookies and receives technical and usage information. A successful-request event includes the service type and page. Worksheet-download events include the resource type, service type and page. We do not intentionally send form contact details, ZIP codes, project descriptions or worksheet entries to Analytics.

Browser privacy settings, cookie controls and blocking tools may limit Analytics. See Google’s privacy policy and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting and processing providers

Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and stores requests. It may process standard request information for these purposes. FormSubmit processes information included in attempted email notifications. Email providers process any delivered messages. Their own policies also apply: Cloudflare and FormSubmit.

Retention and your choices

Requests are intended to be kept for 90 days. Automated cleanup removes older records when new requests are received; you may request earlier deletion by emailing the operator. Copies in correspondence may need separate deletion. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us using the email above. We may ask for enough information to locate your request and confirm you are the person concerned.
